Dr. Robert Seddon-Smith MB Chb FRNZCGP.

Rob has a broad base of knowledge in medicine.

Trained in the UK, he joined Sumner Health Centre when Sally Widdowson left in 1997.  Rob is particularly interested in psychiatry, care of the elderly, diabetes and skin surgery but enjoys the wondrous variety of general practice, so anything goes!

He does almost no exercise, eats pies from the dairy and is very fond of chocolate.

Outside of medicine, Rob is passionate about computers (this website is one of his) and is a competent programmer. He also enjoys tramping, photography and cooking. Rob works every afternoon except Tuesdays, when he does home visits.
