Compliance Support Administrator
Main purpose of the role:
This practice is committed to continuous quality improvement.
In order to ensure quality, certain standards must be met across a broad range of criteria.
The Compliance Support Administrator role is responsible for ensuring that standards are being met by scheduling checks as defined by policy, reporting on the outcome of checks and where appropriate, making adjustments to ensure compliance.
Reports are generally given to the Clinical Director or Senior Practice Nurse as appropriate though leading discussion of issues and presenting an overview to practice meetings is expected.

1.1 |
Practice Audit |
Conduct audits in accordance with practice policy. Report the results of audits to the practice team and Directors. |

Policy Review |
Review practice policies as they come due for review. Policy review should include discussion with interested team members and the appropriate Director. |

Cornerstone |
Complete audits and compliance work relevant to our participation in the Cornerstone accreditation programme. |

1.4 |
DHB Audit |
Support and assist auditors appointed by the District Health Board, or their authorised representatives. |

1.5 |
Personal Audit |
Support staff members who are performing audits of their practice in the normal course of their duties, or for compliance with registration requirements. |
